Take 100% Responsibility of Your Mental and Emotional Lives

Ho'oponopono time again!

Let's be careful with our thinking and feeling process.

Remember!
...For every thought we worded out or verbalized or written, someone will actualize.

Let's always be aware of what we are thinking and feeling.

Let's manage our mental and emotional lives.

== Ho'oponopono Insights ==
"I operate my life and my relationships according to the following insights:
  1. The physical universe is an actualization of my thoughts.
  2. If my thoughts are cancerous, they create a canceroous physical reality.
  3. If my thoughts are perfect, they create a physical reality brimming with LOVE.
  4. I am 100% responsible for creating my physical universe the way it is.
  5. I am 100% responsible for correcting the cancerous thoughts that create a diseased reality.
  6. There is no such thing as out there. Everything exists as thoughts in my mind."

Self I-Dentity thru Ho’oponopono

The following are my favorites from Joe Vitale author of Zero Limits ...

Joe Vitale mentioned in his books the identity of Self (I) and Ho'oponopono ...

1. I DON’T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT IS GOING ON

  • It is IMPOSSIBLE to be aware of EVERYTHING happening around ME consciously / unconsciously.
  • MY body and mind are regulating themselves right now WITHOUT ME being aware of it.
  • Numerous INVISIBLE signals are in the air (radio waves, thought waves, etc) which I have NO conscious sense of at all.
  • I am co-creating MY life unconsciously WITHOUT MY control.
  • MY conscious mind IS NOT the creator.

2. I DON’T HAVE CONTROL OVER EVERYTHING:

  • By NOT knowing what is going on, I CAN’T control it all.
  • It IS NOT wise to let MY ego decide what is best for ME, because it DOES NOT know what is going on right now.
  • I have choice BUT I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL.
  • SURRENDER IS KEY: I have to LET GO of whether I manifest MY desires or not.

3. I CAN HEAL WHATEVER COMES MY WAY:

  • Whatever happens in MY life is up for healing, simply because its on MY radar.
  • IF I can feel it, I CAN HEAL IT.
  • IF I can see it in someone else and it bothers ME, it is up for healing.
  • IF I can spot it, I’ve got it.
  • I have NO IDEA why it is in MY life, BUT I can let go of it because now I am AWARE of it.
  • The MORE I heal what comes up, the clearer I am to manifest what I PREFER, because I will be freeing up stuck energy to use for MY manifestation.

4. I AM 100% REPONSIBLE FOR ALL THAT I EXPERIENCE:

  • Whatever happens in MY life is NOT my fault, BUT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. MY PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY includes what I AND OTHERS do and think, because it shows up in MY life.
  • BY taking 100% REPONSIBILITY, other people’s problems are MY problems TOO.
  • I CAN’T blame anything / anyone for my current reality.
  • All I can do is take 100% RESPONSIBILITY for it by ACCEPTING it, OWNING it and LOVING it.
  • The MORE I heal what comes up, the MORE I get in tune with The Divine.

5. MY TICKET TO THE ZERO STATE IS BY SAYING “I LOVE YOU”:

  • Saying this to The Divine CLEANS EVERYTHING IN ME, So I can experience the MIRACLE of THIS moment.
  • I LOVE EVERYTHING because LOVE TRANSMUTES the stuck energy and FREES it.
  • Saying “I Love You” is the “open sesame” to Experiencing The Divine.

6. INSPIRATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN INTENTION:

  • Intention is a TOY of the mind, INSPIRATION is a DIRECTIVE from The Divine.
  • I am SURRENDERING and starting to LISTEN (rather than begging and waiting).
  • Intention is TRYING to control life based on the LIMITED VIEW of MY ego. INSPIRATION is RECEIVING a message from The Divine and ACTING on it.
  • Intention WORKS and brings RESULTS, INSPIRATION WORKS and brings MIRACLES.

7. How to HEAL MYSELF and DISCOVER HEALTH, WEALTH and HAPPINESS.

  • I am healing MYSELF and anyone else of anything I notice.
  • Whatever I see in anyone else is ALSO in ME, so all healing is SELF-HEALING.
  • No one else has to do these processes but ME.
  • The ENTIRE world is in MY hands.

Ho'oponopono

I encountered the term "Ho'oponopono" when I was listening to the Zero Limits audio books by Joe Vitale.

For me, this is the best word on earth.

The way I understand it, Ho'oponopono teaches healing the world by healing ourselves.

We are the one who sends out the negative or cancerous thoughts. And that negative or cancerous thoughts is being actualized by someone else. We caused the person to act or behave in negative way/s.

So to cure or heal the person who actualizes our cancerous thoughts, we retract the thought by healing ourselves. We correct or rectify the wrong we send out.

To do that, we forgive our part of self that sent out the wrong/cancerous thoughts.

We say to our self:

"Hi Self (or say your name out loud),
I love you.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank You!"

I did this exercise. And I'm doing them everyday. This is very powerful. It has a healing effect.

Try to do it yourself. And experience peace and harmony.

Who Am I: My Personality Temperament

This time I got hold of a Personality Plus Book by Florence Littauer.

In chapter 1 of the book states "There's Only One You" "No Two Alike" "Each One of Us Is Unique" The author is right. It's What's Underneath That Counts.

Here's Florence Littauer's words in verbatim...would want to share this insights to my love ones so we understand one another and deal in better ways...

We were all born with our own temperament traits, our raw material, our own kind of rock. Some of us are granite, some marble, some alabaster, some sandstone. Our type of rock doesn't change, but our shapes can be altered. So it is with our personalities, We start with our own set of inborn traits. Some of our qualities are beautiful with strains of gold. Some are blemished with fault lines of gray. Our circumstances, IQ, nationality, economics, environment, and parental influence can mold our personalities, but the rock underneath remains the same.

My temperament is the real me; my personality is the dress I put on over me. I can look in the mirror in the morning and see my face, my body, myself. That's the real me. I can put on a flattering dress to camouflage too many curves. I've taken the real me and dressed it up, but I haven't permanently changed what's underneath.

If only we could understand ourselves:
Know what we're made of
Know who we really are
Know why we react as we do
Know our strengths and how to amplify them
Know our weaknesses and how to overcome them

I suggest that you buy a copy of the book. It shows us how to examine ourselves, how to polish up our strengths, and how to chip away our weaknesses. When we know who we are and why we act the way we do, we can begin to understand our inner selves, improve our personalities, and learn to get along with others. We are not going to try to imitate someone else, put on a brighter dress or new tie or cry over the kind of stone we're made from. We're going to do the very best we can with the raw material available.

Imitations abound, but there's only one you.

To find our own raw material and understand our basic natures, let's examine the personality or temperament groupings first established by Hippocrates 24 hundred years ago.

We will have fun with the POPULAR SANGUINES, who exude enthusiasm.

We'll get serious with PERFECT MELANCHOLIES, who strive for perfection in all things.

We'll charge forth with the POWERFUL CHOLERICS, who are born leaders.

And we'll relax with the PEACEFUL PHLEGMATICS, who are happily reconciled to life.

No matter who we are, we have something to learn from each of these types.

The book has a Personality Temperament Test inside. Having done the test, I'm a blend of Choleric-Sanguine. But other people see me as a blend of Choleric-Melancholy. This made me confuse...so being self-aware, I'm observing myself so to resolve my confusion. The result of the test is true and what other people see in me is also true. I am a blend of Choleric, Sanguine and Melancholy. I have most of the strengths of Choleric - Sanguine and the weaknesses of a Melancholy. It seems that I'm those few who have more than two blend.

Maybe, you are wondering what I'm talking about. Maybe, you are asking what is Choleric or what is Sanguine or what is Melancholy or what blend? Click on the Temperament (the capitalized letters) above so you will know the description, strengths and weaknesses.

Thanks Florence! Now, I understand why my Mom is like that...hehehe

Vision Boards : The blue print of my dream realities (Part 3)

Continuation from Vision Boards: The blue print of my dream realities (Part 2)

Another is I make a movie out of it thru a Movie Maker software. And this is my favorite now...

I am watching my vision boards everywhere I go.

Oh Yes! Thanks to the music/video Ipods and the like and camera/video phones. I will download my vision board story and watch for it when I'm travelling, eating out, waiting in the lines, taking a break, doing nothing, or whenever I'm in the down or when I'm facing a challenge or obstacle so I can be fired up again.

I also burned a copy of it so I can watch it while I eat breakfast and before I sleep.
Power up your vision boards and make them lively! Convert your vision boards into movies. What's good is you can add up your own voice and add your favorite motivating songs. I encourage you to make your own vision boards movie, so, you can watch your dream-reality, too, as well as listen to your own enthusiastic voice while enjoying a motivating and empowering song in the background.

I will greatly appreciate if you share this blog to your family, friends and acquaintances as I love sharing my learnings (mainly because for me to learn). I believe that to teach is to learn.
And also, I welcome those who have created vision boards to please write and share your experiences so as a way of empowering, inspiring and motivating everybody. Your dream-come-true testimonials are in itself a priceless gift you can give to everyone.

Thank you and God bless!

Vision Boards : The blue print of my dream realities (Part 2)

Continuation from Vision Boards: The blue print of my dream realities (Part 1)

How to create vision boards?

Despite the Vision Boards' popularity, many others are still wondering how to create vision boards...

What I am doing is I cut and collect pictures and images of my dreams and desires. Like everyone else, I take time and ask lots of questions of what my desired outcome must be. Are these really the results I want? Are these my dream realities? Will I be content, comfortable and happy once my dreams are manifested? Do I really want living a life having, doing, and being in such realities?

Because I want to be successful in all areas of life such as physical health, material and economic conditions, relational or social, mental development, emotional and spiritual well-being, I'll find answers for each category. Then, I would cut and collect pictures that would represent my dream realities and paste them to any hard-board carton or used folders and posts or hang them in my bedroom walls in the spot where they are the first that I'm going to see when I wake up and the last when I'm going to sleep. Before sleeping, I would imagine and visualize engaging all my senses and feelings as if they are already achieved. And I would pray for these dreams. In my prayers, I am thanking God for giving me such wonderful realities as if I already have it.

Now, because as the world is becoming "techy," I do my vision boards thru computers most of the time. Just the same, I would collect pictures and images from the internet or I take pictures thru my camera phone then I would create vision boards in PowerPoint applying what I am doing above. In the PowerPoint, I paste pictures and images then add text, I would write affirming words beside the pictures. And voila! I have PowerPoint presentations of my vision board.

There are two things that I do with these PowerPoint vision board presentations.

One, I just print them as is and posts them in my favorite spots.

Vision Boards : The blue print of my dream realities (Part 1)

Hi! Great day to everyone!

Vision Boards are very popular nowadays though even before the hit movie, "the Secret," many are making them and posts them in their favorite spots like bedroom walls/doors, mirrors, cabinet/closet doors, fridge doors, and in places everywhere and anywhere so every time they look at it they are reminded of what they want to be, do or have.

Many thanks to John Assaraf for the dream-come-true testimonials and to the many others who have shared their experiences and testified in the realization of their life's desires coming to life and enjoying the realities of their dreams thru the power of vision boards.

What are vision boards for? Why bother to create one? Why create a vision board?

Habit 2 of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People states: Begin with the end in mind...
That's exactly what vision boards are for...just as simple as that...like constructing a house...begin with the end in mind...create the house first in a blue print...start with imagination and vision of how the house should end up...detailing the structure of the house, how many rooms should it have, the color to be painted inside and outside the house. We create them in our minds first. Then, we start laying-out the vision in a blue print. For what? Why draw or lay-out them in a blue print? For design, clarity and guidance, right?

Yes, blue prints give us clarity of vision, the design of what we want and serve as reminders of where we want to end up. For us to know where are we at a certain point and where we are heading or going. For us to know if we are on track and to know the next steps or actions to be taken...

So are the vision boards...

Also, gazing at vision boards fire us up. Merely looking at it, engages us to some sort of adventure. The adventures of our minds...the streams of thoughts...the feelings it emits...the joy, the relief, the pride of having, the dignity of accomplishing and the happiness. It makes us become imaginative and feel the dream reality. It makes us use and exercise our senses...seeing...hearing...touching...feeling.

Yes again, vision board engages the law of attraction in our life.
